Source and lead direct investments across the capital structure of cannabis companies. Conduct comprehensive due diligence. Prepare and write investment memoranda and investment recommendations. Negotiate terms and conditions with potential portfolio investments. Greenhouse Technician

The Greenhouse Technician performs manual labor to assist in the upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of growing medicinal cannabis, including, but not limited to; watering, feeding, flushing, pruning, washing, cloning, and transplanting under the supervision of the Greenhouse Manager. Attention to detail is extremely important. The ideal candidate will excel as a team member within a tightly controlled, state-regulated system and timelines.

The Director of Sales is responsible for leading sales efforts and teams for all cannabis products for a CBD company based in Denver.  The ideal candidate has vast sales experience and proven success in building a high performance and multi-level sales organization.  Knowledge of cannabis and selling cannabis products, particularly CBD and/or THC is preferred but not necessary.
