Human Resources Business Partner-Retail/Manufacturing 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to help us launch and build out our retail and production operations in California This is an exciting opportunity to work as a trusted advisor to business teams to provide solutions and recommendations in the people space. The Human Resources Business Partner-Retail is a key business resource dedicated to providing on-site direction, production, guidance, and coaching. We’re looking for an innovator; collaborative, business-focused talent to join our team - not as a support function, but as a true partner to the business. This is a full-time role located in our Arizona office.

Business Knowledge

Displays a depth of understanding of the business organizations, including key business functions and processes and a passion to build business acumen.

Talent & Performance Management 

Provides advice and counsel to managers and employees on all performance related issues, including identifying key talent, succession planning, recognition and rewards, attendance/performance issues, performance improvement, and terminations. Provide coaching on employee relations issues to drive positive outcomes. Conduct investigations as required. Manage the separation process as required.


Executes compensation and benefits programs (annual salary planning process, salary surveys and analysis, benefit programs and employee services). Partners with management and Benefits to assist with the management of leaves, disabilities, and Worker’s Compensation.

Special Projects

 Contributes to special and cross-functional projects as needed.


Understands the training/development needs and acts as liaison with our training team to deliver sales, service and management training.

HR Metrics

Provides insightful reports and analysis of essential HR data to line management. Recommends programs and/or enhancements as necessary.


BA/BS degree

Key Qualifications

5+ years HRBP/HR Generalist experience
Ability to influence and coach
Analytical skills and project management
Succinct, precise communication skills (verbal and written)
Comfortable using and creating Excel spreadsheets
