Job Summary

Firm is looking for an IT Analyst to help us build and manage our global NetSuite ERP platform.  This person will play a key role in handling ongoing configuration, management, and support of NetSuite, and will perform QA tests for new features built by our internal development team.  This role will maintain the NetSuite application, as well as other integrated 3rd party business applications for internal users. 


Additional job functions will include supporting end user requests and training for tasks such as new saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards, and maintain proper system access for user roles.  This role is perfect for somebody with NetSuite experience who enjoys getting technical as well as working with a variety of people throughout the business and around the world.

Examples of Essential Functions: 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Support the configuration, and continued evolution of NetSuite

  • Maintain the NetSuite application and other related 3rd party business applications for internal users

  • Design, implement, and maintain configurations and customizations within NetSuite

  • Integrate, support, and maintain 3rd party software connections to NetSuite

  • Manage incoming help desk requests from users throughout the business

  • Support end user requests for new saved searches and dashboard setup

  • Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, third party tools / applications and new NetSuite functionality based on evolving business needs

  • Provide internal, ongoing system/technical support to NetSuite users, including training

  • Monitor & administer account management, roles and access, profile creation, security administration, etc.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (i.e., executive team, management and sales) to gather and document operational and functional requirements and translate into operational solutions

  • Aggregate and analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRD) to develop business process and system improvements

  • Develop automations using workflows

  • Support all aspects of NetSuite and data integrity, and serve as primary contact for NetSuite support



Qualifications Guidelines

  • Experience responding to requests quickly and efficiently according to SLAs

  • Extensive NetSuite connector and 3rd party integration experience required

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (MIS, IT business/computer science and/or Accounting)

  • Experience with testing processes and project management tools

  • Understands software development lifecycle

  • Administrator-level knowledge of roles, permissions, custom objects, workflows, reports and dashboards

  • A strong understanding of business processes and requirements

  • Project management, system implementation and system integration experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams




  • 3+ years of experience with Netsuite ERP administration, configuration, and troubleshooting in complex business environments

  • Experience with the following NetSuite Modules: Accounting, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Advanced Inventory Management, Project Management, Assmebly/Bill of Materials

  • Experience with SuiteCommerce Advanced a plus

  • Experience working with JIRA or similar service desk platforms

  • Experience working within a professional IT organization in an analyst or QA capacity

  • One or more NetSuite Certifications a plus

  • Javascript experience a plus
