The Manager, SEM will report to the Director, Digital Marketing and will be responsible for driving the SEM strategy in support of key business initiatives with goals to drive traffic and sales for our retail locations.

Implement a SEM/PPC strategy practice that focuses on paid search media, in conjunction with programmatic advertising, online advertising, third party listings to maximize ROI
Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement Paid Search programs
Responsible for developing strategies and metrics, tracking and analyzing results, executing media optimizations and program enhancements
Research, analyze, and monitor market trends, benchmarks, innovative SEM techniques, and competitive landscapes to identify actionable insights and execution plans
Manage SEM vendor relationships including budget control, communication, project initiatives, and delivery
Oversee key processes and workflow necessary to create and manage paid search campaign activities.
Lead and partner with our agency representative to determine campaign optimizations, investment decisions and fulfillment of program KPI’s
Document, analyze, and report on key initiatives
Required Education and Experience
3 years' progressive experience in online paid search – either agency or client side (retail preferred), programmatic advertising, digital advertising and agency/vendor management a plus
Bachelor’s degree, preferably within the field of advertising or marketing
Advanced presentation and Excel skills
Detailed, project oriented, and ability to multi-task is a priority
Flexible person who is comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Creative thinking and strong independent motivation are essential to this role, as well as solid communication, project management and time-management skills
