The Sr. Digital Product Analyst, Digital Products will employ usability tools and research methods to provide actionable insight and drive design improvements. The Sr. Digital Product Analyst will be responsible for leading qualitative and quantitative user research initiatives that inform critical decisions for current and future digital (web and mobile) products. Responsibilities include developing usability tests and scripts, conducting user testing, test analysis and generating straight-forward, persuasive reports to stakeholders. The Sr. Digital Product Analyst is a customer-obsessed advocate who is passionate about gathering insights based on direct observation and building intuitive, satisfying products that create value for the end user. This role will be responsible for key business outcomes, specifically, increasing sales, revenue and retention via successfully converting visitors to our digital properties into life-long paying customers (in-store and on-line).
Proven experience with native apps (Android and iOS), responsive web product design, development, delivery and launch.
A/B testing practices, tools and technologies experience.
Metrics and analytics tools, definition, tagging, tracking, analysis and insights proficiency.

Perform data analysis to create insightful and actionable findings in pragmatic formats (documentation, presentations, bug reports, etc.).

Contribute to research best practices and processes by improving upon existing processes or invent entirely new ones to help our team be more effective and efficient.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Intelligence, or adequate certification in User Experience, or similar field.
Proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
Proven digital product experience in a customer-facing production market.
3-5+ years of experience and expertise designing and conducting user research.
3-5+ years of user testing, UX/UI design/prototyping, experience design.
3-5+ years of conducting quantitative and qualitative research, and ability to visualize and present research data simply and clearly.
3-5+ years of A/B testing experience and formulation of actionable insights.
3+ years of working with, interacting with and presenting to C-Level executives.
