Firm is recruiting a Senior Vice President, Investor Relations. Reporting to the Chief Corporate Development Officer, this role is a critical leadership role that will develop and manage strategic planning for all investor relations activities at MedMen. The role will ensure the company’s strategy, growth opportunities, and business initiatives are communicated in a way that creates clarity, consistency and widespread understanding among investors and analysts.

Provide senior-level counsel to MedMen’s management team on impact of investor relations.
Help to craft and shape the MedMen investment story for investors.
Manage, support and mentor a high-performing Investor Relations team.
Proactively manage investment and sell-side community to ensure a sound understanding of the company’s fundamentals and growth initiatives.
Work closely with Chief Financial Officer on quarterly earnings process, drafting earnings releases, call scripts, accompanying presentations, as well as preparing talking points with management.
Manage Company’s participation in industry conferences and investor meetings/road-shows.
Oversee all investor-related communication and messaging (website, corporate presentations, calls).
Develop competitive analysis, benchmark industry trends, and continuously measure business performance to provide investment framework.
Ensure that all necessary securities documentation is readily available to current and potential investors.
8 years' of experience in investor relations for a publicly-traded company.
Experience in managing Investor Relations teams.
Experience using financial database platforms.
Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing abilities; ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior managers and external business partners.
Deep understanding of how customer needs, customer insights, business opportunities and challenges impact IR strategy.
Strong understanding of financial markets and corporate finance.
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Evening and weekend work is required as job duties demand.
This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time.
Travel is expected for this position.
