Job Summary

Firm is looking for a Web Developer to help us as we continue to build out our NetSuite ERP and eCommerce platforms.  This includes improving functionality and usability for our fast-growing team of outside sales reps, accountants, marketers, and procurement specialists and integrating systems as we move into new channels and make acquisitions.


This position will also play an important role in building out our SuiteCommerce Advanced eCommerce platforms and integrating NetSuite functionality to allow customers to have more visibility and functionality through their online account. We are building a world class eCommerce and ERP platform to support the fastest growing industry in the nation.

Examples of Essential Functions:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Work closely with senior program managers to understand business and functional requirements, and to plan implementation strategy

  • Work closely with other developers to complete large scale projects efficiently

  • Conduct code reviews and strategize on development best practices with other developers

  • Build extensions in SuiteCommerce Advanced to enable automation and additional functionality on our eCommerce platform

  • Build integrations between NetSuite and other platforms

  • Create custom NetSuite fields, records, forms, workflows, scripts, searches, reports, dashboards to meet critical business needs

  • Build and maintain software using various programming languages and related tools and frameworks

  • Review code written by other programmers, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting and implement software systems

  • Manage and reconcile mass imports and exports of data



Qualifications Guidelines

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with minimal supervision

  • Ability to work through problems and develop creative solutions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with an enterprise level ERP or CRM system

  • Experience building interactive, responsive websites on a variety of platforms

  • Advanced knowledge of project management standards and technology practices

  • Ability to navigate and understand our NetSuite ERP system

  • Establishes or follows prioritization process to drive work, and has a sense of urgency about getting work completed

  • Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required

  • Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative

  • Experience with business requirements, technical analysis and design, coding, testing, and implementation of customizations within software environment

  • Experience automating processes in a high-volume industry

  • Works effectively in a fast paced, collaborative, innovative team based environment




  • 3+ years' experience working as a developer in a professional environment

  • Experience working according to standard DevOps processes

  • Experience with NetSuite ERP and SuiteCommerce Advanced a plus

  • Experience with Backbone.js, Require.js, Node.js

  • Experience with MVC framework and/or Angular.js

  • Experience with single page apps
