The Opportunity


Reporting to the Manager, Accounts Payable, the AP Clerk will be a part of a superior finance function building within Canopy Growth, including its wholly owned subsidiaries.  This individual will be a detail-oriented person who can work independently and in collaboration with the finance team.  



  • Charges expenses to appropriate accounts and cost centers

  • Maintains finance ledgers by verifying and posting transactions

  • Verifies supplier and vendor invoices against agreements and purchase orders for expenses

  • Process weekly cheque run

  • Reviews and verifies employee expense reports for payment

  • Disbursement of petty cash

  • Process credit cards

  • Other duties as assigned   


  • Strong excel skills and computer skills

  • Ability to organize/prioritize workload

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to exercise tact and discretion

This is a full-time position based out of Kanata.
