The Opportunity

 

QA/RA Clerk will assist the QA/RA Liaison team with many administrative functions.  The QA/RA Clerk will be responsible for maintaining the training records ensuring that employees in Operations remain compliant and have read all Standard Operating Procedures associated with their job function along with many other administrative tasks.

 

Responsibilities

  • Updating Electronic Training Records Rosters for SOPs

  • Printing SOPs – Maintaining Master SOP Binders and Area Production Binders

  • Resource - Material or Equipment

  • Run Reports for Operations Managers – SOP Status/Non-Conformities

  • Must be available for shift work and overtime

  • Overtime may be required

  • Other duties as assigned 

Experience and Background

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Knowledge of using spreadsheets

  • Strong knowledge of Excel

  • Ability to stay focused on a task for long periods of time

This is a full-time position based out of Smiths Falls, ON.  Depending on your seniority and what you bring to the table, we’ll figure everything else out.
