The Opportunity


Here’s the deal: we’re soon going to have 3 million sq. ft. of high-end, automated greenhouse space producing some of the best cannabis in the world across two sites in beautiful British Columbia. If that’s something you’d like to be involved in, you’re in the right place. Here’s the type of person we’re looking for:


The role of the Integrated Pest Management Specialist is to monitor the plants for disease or harmful pests and to respond to threats. We achieve this goal by using a range of options from careful examination of plants and surrounding area, analyzing disease pressure profile, deploying preventative biological controls and responding to outbreaks.


  • Surveys and inspects crop for evidence of disease or harmful pests

  • Monitors pest ecosystems to evaluate the presence of pest species, natural pest predators, and conditions that may contribute to pest problems

  • Apply and monitor approved methods to manage pests

  • Oversee and maintain the gathering of detailed IPM records

  • Provides expertise, assistance and training to staff about pest biology

  • Implements pest control measures in accordance with Health Canada’s MMPR

  • Requisitions and evaluates needed supplies and keeps records of methods used and efficacy observed

  • Performs other duties as required 


  • Knowledge of IPM

  • Experience using biological applications

  • Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent is an asset

This is a full-time position based out of either Delta or Aldergrove, British Columbia
