As a Search Consultant, your responsibilities will include developing, growing, and managing a client and candidate base within the cannabis industry. Additionally, Search Consultants will execute firm generated engagements, provide market advisory services to candidates, and actively network with industry professionals.
About the Role:
Develop and maintain new and ongoing candidate and client relationships.
Create effective strategies to satisfy client requirements.
Demonstrate an understanding of the cannabis industry, and able to provide market intelligence insights, views on trends, talent acquisition trends, industry performance data, and differentiators across the industry.
Build a specialization in cannabis recruitment.
Demonstrated track record in executive search and consulting.
High level of work ethic that is consistently exhibited in a collaborative manner, attitude, reliability, and an autonomous work environment.
Strong interpersonal skills are essential, pro-active inquisitive telephone manner, and being up to date with the social media and sourcing technology.
Strong writing, organizational and presentation skills important for client work.
Qualified candidates have 1-10+ years of relevant recruitment experience.
A undergraduate degree is required.
