Regional Sales Manager
About You: Detail-oriented with interest in working in a dynamic growth stage company. Background in the CPG industry.
Play a key role on cannabis sales team in both a leadership capacity and to expand sales efforts with cannabis dispensaries in the state of Colorado.
Build and manage relationships with all decision-makers within assigned territory including dispensary owners, store managers, store managers, distributors, and brokers.
Manage an existing team of 5 Sales Managers in Colorado Territory with expectation of further growth.
Manage a sales budget and hold sales managers accountable to meet monthly and annual sales goals.
Analyze sales performance data and competitive insight to improve strategy and execution for each account.
Demonstrate creative and out of the box thinking.
Demonstrate strong analytical and presentation skills.
Must be willing to travel up to 20-30%.
Bachelors degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience with a track record of success with large, complex CPG customers.
Exceptional leadership and customer management skills.
Superior time management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities and plan.
Strong use of influencing skills to gain alignment, agreement, and commitments (internal and external).
Excellent communications skills; ability to send and receive information clearly and concisely.
Ability to work independently and part of a team.
Proficient Excel skills.
