About You:    Detail-oriented with interest in working in a dynamic growth stage company. Background in the CPG industry. 

Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role on cannabis sales team in both a leadership capacity and to expand sales efforts with cannabis dispensaries in the state of Colorado.

  • Build and manage relationships with all decision-makers within assigned territory including dispensary owners, store managers, store managers, distributors, and brokers.

  • Manage an existing team of 5 Sales Managers in Colorado Territory with expectation of further growth.

  • Manage a sales budget and hold sales managers accountable to meet monthly and annual sales goals.

  • Analyze sales performance data and competitive insight to improve strategy and execution for each account.

  • Demonstrate creative and out of the box thinking.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical and presentation skills.

  • Must be willing to travel up to 20-30%.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience with a track record of success with large, complex CPG customers.

  • Exceptional leadership and customer management skills.

  • Superior time management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities and plan.

  • Strong use of influencing skills to gain alignment, agreement, and commitments (internal and external).

  • Excellent communications skills; ability to send and receive information clearly and concisely.

  • Ability to work independently and part of a team.

  • Proficient Excel skills.

  • Located in Denver.
