About You:

  • Detail-oriented with interest in working in a dynamic growth stage company.

  • Motivated and a self-starter.

  • Background in the CPG industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Regional Sales Manager.

  • Manage and lead sales for existing relationships with all decision-makers within assigned territory including dispensary owners, store managers, store managers, distributors, brokers, budtenders, ancillary and influential organizations, and customers.

  • Analyze sales performance data and competitive insights to improve strategy and execution at each account.

  • Communicate challenges with existing relations to senior management.

  • Travel onsite to a minimum of 10 dispensaries per day within geographical territory.

  • Demonstrate creative and out of the box thinking.

  • Highlight special pricing, new products, product revisions, etc for incentivized selling opportunities.

  • Must be willing to travel daily.

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelors degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the CPG industry.

  • Leadership and customer management skills.

  • Extremely assertive with exceptional emotional quotient.

  • Superior time management skills, ability to multi-task, set priorities and plan.

  • Strong use of influencing skills to gain alignment, agreement, and commitments (internal and external).

  • Excellent communications skills; ability to send and receive information clearly and concisely.

  • Ability to work independently and part of a team.

  • Proficient Excel skills.
